Cancellation Policy

1. Class Attendance - Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes. - Missed classes cannot be refunded or credited unless otherwise stated by the school. - The school may offer make-up classes depending on availability but does not guarantee them. 2. Payment Policy - Class fees are charged monthly before the start of classes. - A non-refundable 1-month deposit must be completed before the first scheduled class of the month. - Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of class access until the balance is paid. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Students may cancel their class fee payment under the following conditions: - The first month's fee is non-refundable. - Subsequent month's fees may be cancelled with a minimum 15-day advance notice. - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or official form) to the school administration. - Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible. - Attendance or partial attendance of classes does not entitle the student to additional refunds beyond the terms set out in this policy. 4. Student Conduct Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. The school reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate attendance from any classes or courses without refund for: - Harassment or disruptive behavior - Academic dishonesty - Damage to school property - Violation of school policies 5. Policy Updates The school reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will apply prospectively and will not affect class fees already paid for. 6. Agreement By enrolling in classes and paying the monthly fee, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Attendance Policy and Student Conduct of the school.
